My MS Woof!

Earlier this year, we announced that the number of people living with MS in the UK has increased to over 150,000. So, for 2024, the My MS Woof challenge was to walk, run or roll up to 150km – that's just under 5k a day.  

2024 has been an un-fur-lievable year for My MS Woof, with 256 humans taking part and over 1,000 paws walking a fur-nomenal 12,689km this October.

We want to say a big thank you to everyone who took part, helping to raise money for ground-breaking MS research. We couldn’t do our important work without su-paw stars like you!

The health and safety of you and your pooches are the most important thing. Make sure you are well equipped for your walks, wrap up warm and on those longer walks take plenty of drinking water for you and your dog.
